Phil Ivey’s ex-wife claimed a $1.2M handbag collection, along with another $1M in jewelry as part of her recent divorce settlement with her Poker Superstar exhusband. Luciaetta Ivey will also receive alimony payment of $180k per month from her High Roller ex-hubby according to documents released by the Nevada Courts.

Even after taking Phil to the cleaners, Luciaetta claims that the settlement was unfair and has petitioned the court disqualify Clark County Judge Bill Gonzalez on grounds that Phil donated $5000.00 to the Judges Election campaign a couple months after the divorce was finalized.

“Luciatta erased all debt and walked away with millions in property and a substantial alimony package.” Phil’s lawyer retorts to the allegations.

“The public is entitled to know that impartiality is the rule for the judiciary,” the complaint reads. “She is entitled to fairness and the appearance of fairness before this court and recusal is the only way that she can be sure to receive both.”

Based on the response, presented by attorneys David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, Luciaetta retained her car, life insurance policy, a minority portion of a joint stock account, a substantial deposit for a new home, half of the proceeds of the couples primary residence, and a 40% stake of all “business interests” excluding any income from Phil’s estranged employer, Tiltware (FullTilt Poker).

Included in the divorce agreement, Phil Ivey absorbed $170,000 in unsecured credit card debt along with over $15M in “other gambling debts.”

So much for happily ever after.

<a href="http://www.tvrage.com/person/id-72015/Phil+Ivey"TARGET = "_blank">Phil Ivey is no longer the only Ivey making it big in the poker world, nor is he the only P. Ivey, even. His near-namesake (and near-doppelganger in recent success as well) is named <a href="http://www.pkr.com/en/community/rankings/hall-of-fame/2998110/"TARGET = "_blank">PatIvey and after winning the PKR Masters in September, for about $30,000, and then winning it again in October, for another approximate $30,000, he makes it to the final table of the November PKR Masters as well, and almost makes the hat-trick, coming in third instead to Russian ShatokhinNikita (PatIvey is a Swede). That most recent 3rd place PKR Masters win brought him another $11,250, making his total from just this one recurring event at PKR, $71,250. Add to that, then, the $7,800 win his notched in last Saturday’s Saturday Big Shot event and top prize in PKR’s $10,000 Gtd Prime Time Poker event, and you have a rising star the likes of which Phil Ivey himself will one day probably have to come up against, face to face.

The recently achieved record for the largest pot in a real-money online poker game ever – $609,730 on Saturday, September 13, did not last for long. Just a month-and-a-half later that record was smashed, not once, but four times over. And three of those in the same night!

Last time it was the FullTilt Poker high-stakes RailHeaven $500/$1000 NL Texas Holdem table that doled out the record-breaking winnings. And it just so happens that the newly set records came from the exact same source.

Here’s how it went. Sunday, October 26. First “durrrr” won $618,000. Then, a few hours after that, poker star John Juanda won $678,000, coincidentally in a head-to-head with none other than “durrrr” himself.

In the very next hand, fellow Team FullTilt poker celebrity, Phil Ivey $687,000 in a pot against – you guessed it! – John Juanda.

The final, and current standing, record setting pot came just 3 hours later when “durrrr” took another shot at reclaiming the esteemed record-holding spot, this time against Di Dang (aka “Urindanger”), but lost, making “Urindanger” the current record-holder with a single-pot win of nearly $724,000.
